Founder & CEO
Tal Swicegood is a technologist, builder, and advocate for local community resilience. Based in Russellville, Arkansas, he founded Natural State Intelligence to create the tools and infrastructure that help communities thrive on their own terms.
His work focuses on the intersection of technology and local life — building systems that serve neighbors, not algorithms. Before NSI, Tal built media properties, podcast networks, and technology solutions across the Arkansas River Valley.
He believes that when you present facts without agenda, people are capable of drawing their own conclusions. That belief drives everything Natural State Intelligence builds.
